Note: We process your order immediately in order to ship your items to you as quickly as possible. Once you’ve placed your order on our web site, you will not be able to make any of the following changes: add items, remove items, change address, or cancel the order. Please confirm all of your information before placing your order.

Shopping Cart
The Hope For Health Shopping Cart was designed to protect your privacy, accuracy of your order and security. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart

To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the correct quantity of the product and click “Add to Cart”. That product will then be put into your shopping cart. You can click on “Shopping Cart” or “View Cart” to see the items in your cart. Repeat the steps above for adding new products to your cart.

Changing Quantities

If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just click on the drop down menu and select the new quantity in the quantity field for that product, and click “update quantity” right below the product on the left side.

Checking out

When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on “Checkout” to place your order. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email and a password or create a new account with a billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We’ll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. It’s that easy!

Shipping Policies & Procedures
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. When your order is placed by phone or online it is immediately processed and sent to our shipping department for expedited service. Due to our extremely efficient shipping staff, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed. All orders placed before 11 a.m. (CST) will ship the same day.* All orders placed after 11 a.m. (CST) will ship the following day.*

*For all regular orders, barring extraordinary circumstances. Distributor orders may require an additional day before shipping.

Confirming Price

We are constantly working to keep prices low, and may occasionally change product prices or offer discounts. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts on certain products are limited-time offers. The discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability. You can confirm the final price of an item in your cart before you place your order.

Mispriced Items

We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date pricing information. Unfortunately, there may be times when some of the items on our website are mispriced. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the prices in your shopping cart before you finalize your order.

Bulk Discounts

We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on overall large orders of multiple items – except for distributor orders. (See more information)

International Orders

Hope For Health ships nutritional supplements to countries around the world. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.

To Place an Order: International orders (anywhere outside the US, US Territories, or Canada) can ONLY be placed over the phone or through email. The order CANNOT be placed online.

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

International Shipping Fees:

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.

Import Duties and Taxes:

Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Hope For Health’s prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them (not by Hope For Health). You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

International Returns or Packages Refused:

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Hope For Health for the return of the package.

If the USPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Hope For Health will instruct USPS to abandon the order, and there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.

If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the consignee’s country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.

If the package is stopped by customs upon return to the United States, and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.

Your Country’s Custom and Import Policies:

Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you’re importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Any fees charged to Hope For Health due to non-compliance with your country’s laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
